We support the Executive HR community in a number of ways to promote diversity and inclusion, thought leadership, and the development of future HR leaders. We do this through strategic partnership with external organisations as well as the development of our own talent communities.

Women of Impact is a network for senior women in HR, designed to foster meaningful connections, share insights, and tackle industry challenges. It provides a platform for leaders to exchange ideas, address business-critical issues, and drive innovation in HR and leadership.
We run a series of events throughout the year, including problem-solving discussions, specialist speaker sessions, and broader networking opportunities. Alongside this, our podcast series features conversations with influential leaders, sharing their experiences and strategies for success.

City Womens Network
OE is a corporate partner of City Women Network (CWN), a vibrant community dedicated to connecting, contributing to, and growing professional women.
Through this partnership, we co-host thought provoking events and are able to utilise CWN’s mentoring scheme for our leaders.

Oakleaf Executive proudly partners with City HR to advance HR excellence in financial services. Through our Co-Chair role on the Resourcing & Assessment Network and expertise in HR careers, we contribute to shaping best practices in talent acquisition and development.
By leading roundtables and webinars, and participating in the annual conference, we foster meaningful discussions, share insights, and stay abreast of the evolving needs of HR professionals in the sector.
Proud HR
Proud HR is a networking group for LGBTQ+ HR professionals. It is a safe space for the community to share best practise, discuss challenges and be creative with ideas. The group will be the basis of an invite list for networking events sponsored by Oakleaf Partnership.
