Damien is an experienced HR Executive Search specialist, that has worked both In-house and within a Search environment, giving him a unique perspective on just what makes a high performing HR function. Having worked across the UK and London in particular, Damien has built an extensive network across HR within Commerce & Industry. Whether it is Retail to Construction, Charity to Engineering, Hospitality to Healthcare, he leaves no stone unturned, when it comes to market insights, who to know and how to add value.

Outside of his day-to-day recruitment role, Damien is passionate when it comes to representation for HR Leaders and Board members. Born in Zimbabwe and lived in South Africa up until his early teens, there is a deep desire to bring the conversation of socio-economic pathways to organisations whilst ensuring those starting their careers are inspired by Leaders who show anything is possible. And of equal importance to him, is the conversation around Age Discrimination. Another protected characteristic that is being abused in many hiring processes across the UK. He believes more accountability and regulations are required to ensure everyone as equal opportunities.
