After gaining five fantastic years of banking recruitment experience at Robert Walters in Sydney, Fiona relocated back to the UK and found a passion for HR recruitment, working both in house and for HR Recruitment firms. This gave her a unique insight into working as part of an HR team, how clients operate and helped to develop her deep understanding of the HR Market, along with an extensive network of truly great professionals. At Oakleaf, Fiona is part of a team responsible for Executive and Senior Level hires.

Fiona prides herself on building trusted, personable and long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work, Fiona enjoys spending time with family and friends and is the chief taxi driver for her two children along with being chief ball thrower for a crazy Labrador!
