The Sovereign Wealth Fund were looking to hire a number of senior Learning and Talent professionals from Investment Banking. The successful candidates needed to have experience of developing a world-class learning function and be willing to relocate to the Middle East.
Search
Oakleaf Executive conducted a global search to identify suitable talent, focusing on global financial centers. We utilized our extensive network but also our research capability. Each candidate was assessed against their technical capability but also their motivations and desire to relocate.
